Entirely refurbished and newly equipped, this stylishly decorated holiday home offers tranquil family accommodation just minutes from the beach. Enjoy breakfast croissants on the patio outside the kitchen or unwind with a glass of wine on the deck terrace adjoining the living area.

Peaceful pastel colours and typical Ile de Ré charm make this property the perfect setting for a truly relaxing holiday amidst the vineyards and pretty villages on the unspoilt Ile de Ré.

This spacious holiday house is set out on two levels, with two bedrooms and a bathroom/WC on each floor. Downstairs, the kitchen, lounge and two bedrooms all have French windows onto separate patio area and deck terrace, both of which are fully enclosed providing a safe environment for young children.

Maison de Charme is situated in a quiet residential area minutes from the beach and not far from the centre of La Couarde. Ideally located for exploring the Ile de Ré by bike.

Conditions

To make a reservation:

  • A 25% deposit, payable online (Mastercard or Visa), is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before arrival.
  • Price includes: Bed linen (beds will be made for you), bath and hand towels, beach towels, baby equipment (on request), wifi and heating. Final cleaning is also included, on the basis that the property is left tidy and in good order.
  • Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £500 is payable at this house. This sum may be paid by bank transfer to our UK account and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure providing all is in order.
  • We regret we cannot accept pets.
