Conditions
To make a reservation: A 25% deposit, payable online (Mastercard or Visa), is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before your arrival. The sterling conversion facility is for information only.
The price includes: Bed linen, bath and hand towels, beach towels, baby equipment, WiFi and electricity.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £500 is payable at this house. This sum may be paid by bank transfer to our UK account and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure providing all is in order.
Final deep cleaning: Included, but on the basis that the property is left in good condition.
We regret we cannot accept pets.
*30 June - 1 September 2012: preference will be given to 2-week bookings.
