Conditions
To make a reservation: A 25% deposit, payable by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or international bank transfer, is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. The sterling conversion facility is for information only.
The price includes: Bed linen, bath and hand towels, beach towels, baby equipment, WiFi and electricity.
Damage deposit: We do not take a damage deposit. We do, however, kindly ask that you show our much loved home, and the objects in it, the same care and respect you would pay to your own. We trust guests to report any serious damage, and this will be settled on a case by case basis.
Final cleaning: Included, but on the basis that the property is left in reasonable condition.
